Tim is a Partner at Southfield Capital an investment firm based in Greenwich, CT. Tim joined Southfield in 2014 and focuses on the firm’s private equity strategy.  Southfield invests in founder-owned lower middle market companies in the business services sector.  Tim serves on the Board of Directors of a number of current Southfield portfolio companies.
 
Prior to Southfield, Tim was a Partner at Atlantic Street Capital a lower middle market focused private equity firm. Before Atlantic Street, Tim was a Partner at CRG Group a middle market turnaround and performance improvement consulting firm where he served on the firm’s Executive and Management Committees. Prior to CRG, Tim spent over five years in operations management roles for a middle market manufacturing company.  He began his career at The Keystone Group a Chicago-based management consulting firm where he led engagements in business strategy and operations improvement for lower middle market family-owned businesses.  
 
Tim is a Partner with Social Venture Partners of Connecticut and focuses on their initiatives with the Governor’s Workforce Council. He is also on the Board of the Westport Soccer Association and is Co-Director of the town’s rec soccer program. Tim assists Yale University in its fund-raising efforts as a Class Agent and enjoys interviewing prospective students.
 
Tim and his wife, Alisyn, live in Westport and are parents to Alessandra '23, Francesca ’23, and Nathaniel '25. They have been at SLS since 2016.
